Kajaria/Somany/Equalent tiles 24”x12”/18”x12” for Toilets, Kitchen, Utility walls (Rs.50) and 12”x12” for floor( Rs.40).

Epoxy grouting for tiles, with waterproofing (Sunken areas) in Utility and Toilets.

Wall mounted closset and concealed tank of Jaquar/Toto/Equalent.

Taps and fittings will be CP Jaquar/Equalent.

 

4.SANITARY AND PLUMBING

CPVC for concealed line, and UPVC open pipeline for fresh water and PVC pipeline for sanitary and Kitchen of Finolex/Equalent.

Wall mounted closset and Concealed tank of Jaquar/Toto/Equalent.

Taps and fittings will be CP Jaquar/equalent.

 

5.KITCHEN

Black galaxy granite for counter and 36”X20” SS sink with drain board of Niralli/Equalent.
